Your responsibilities
- Recruitment and placement of skilled personnel in the construction industry
- Responsibility for and support of temporary employees
- Acquisition of new clients
- Maintenance of the existing client base
- Client visits
- Organization of interviews between clients and candidates
- Salary and pay-rate agreements with candidates and clients
- Meeting budget targets

Your profile
- Basic training in sales, commercial administration or technical fields
- A flair for sales with a strong drive to perform and succeed
- Good administrative skills
- Use of IT applications / industry-specific software
- Very good spoken and written German skills
- Foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ideal age: 20 25 years
