Our work focuses on children, young people and families. We work for them every day with a lot of heart and commitment. Vocational, study and career advice informs and advises young people and adults in all questions concerning education and training as well as occupation and career. We are looking for a professional, study and career consultant for the biz Uster as of 1 April 2027 with a workload of 60
- 80%. The term of office shall be limited to 31. December 2027 with option of extension and later permanent employment. This is what awaits you
- They advise young people in the initial selection of training in individual setting. The conversations take you in school house hours and in the biz.
- They work closely with secondary schools and shape class and parental orientations.
- They advise and support adults in their career development.
- They participate in the info library, events and projects.

- Completed or advanced training MAS/CCHRM in vocational, study and career guidance
- If possible, several years of work experience outside the consulting environment
- Strong discussion and consulting skills as well as in-depth knowledge of consulting methods and diagnostic tools
- Winning appearance, high service and customer orientation
- Good organizational skills and self-responsible working methods

- Experienced use of Microsoft 365 and other digital tools
