You want to combine your pleasure in customer contact with your communication talent and your language skills? In this versatile front office function, you are the first point of contact for our customers. With your professional, reliable and solution-oriented nature, you ensure competent processing of requests. As of now or by agreement, we are looking for a committed personality, who together with various teams contributes to smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
You can do that.
- You will advise our customers professionally and reliably via telephone, live chat and e-mail – in German and French.
- You process orders, billings and returns registrations efficiently and ensure a smooth processing.
- You tackle out-of-stock situations and customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner and find suitable alternatives.
- You support our customers with product inquiries and help with the use of our app.
- You are actively involved in the further development of our customer service and work interdisciplinary with teams such as logistics, back office and purchasing.
You bring that with you
- You have a commercial education with experience in customer support – ideally in the health sector.
- Or: You have a basic medical education (e.g. as an MPA, nurse HF or FaGe) and would like to develop professionally from the patient bed.
- You are IT-savvy and have a strong technical understanding. You are familiar with laptop, MS Office, Google Workspace and digital tools.
- You have a quick apprehension and quickly work your way into new tasks. You think in a networked way and recognize cross-sectoral connections – so you bring in efficient solutions.
- You like to communicate professionally – especially on the phone. Customer orientation is a matter of course for you.
- You have very good knowledge of German and fluent French, Italian is a welcome plus.
