- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Mediation of other AXA products (finance and pension provision, health services).
- Acquisition of new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing AXA internal processes)

- Completed vocational training and professional experience in the service sector or ideally in the insurance industry with VBV certificate
- Professionals and career changers with the appropriate track record are welcome
- Convincing demeanor and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Stylish knowledge of spoken and written German, other languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
- Driving license category B mandatory
