- Telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
- Systematic exploration of needs and exploitation of customer potential

Your profile
- Commercial training completed
- Experience in (telephone) customer advice, preferably in the banking industry
- You have the ability to identify customer potential and enjoy proactively finding suitable solutions
- Technical affinity and pronounced multitasking ability distinguish you
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and very good knowledge of French
- Knowledge of foreign languages in Italian or Spanish is beneficial
