Together with the branches Volketswil and Fehraltorf, we form a branch group in the market area Oberland-Pfannenstiel. • Supervising and developing existing wealthy private clients
• Acquisition of new customers in the catchment area
• Exploring customer needs while taking into account individual wishes, goals and life situations – if necessary in cooperation with internal specialists
• Distribution of standardised products and services in the areas of investment, real estate financing, provision and monetary transactions
• Complete all front-related administration tasks
• Implementation of long-term confidence building and asset preservation on the occasion of the generational change
• Perceiving challenging representation tasks in the sense of "the near bank" and participating in customer events
• Opportunity to take on training or a specialised role in financing, investment or pension schemes

Your profile

• Banking education or equivalent
• Further education e.g. HFBF / FA financial planner:in / Bachelor in Banking & Finance
• Several years of experience in personal customer service
• Team ability and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth goals
• Affinity and joy in using digital technologies in the consulting process
• You score with your trusting, communicative and empathetic nature
• Your acquisition-strong personality with a strong sales flair rounds off your profile
