As an unbound insurance broker, we advise and support small and medium-sized companies on the topics of occupational pension provision (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ).

Your tasks

• Independent and holistic advice and professional support of entrepreneurs: in and around the topics of occupational pension provision (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)
• Development of customized solutions according to the needs of customers in the field of occupational pension and personal insurance
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential, deepening and expanding the customer relationship across departments
• Build, maintain and actively develop a comprehensive relationship network, internally and externally
• Appearances as a speaker:in at internal bank events
• Positioning and representation of the bank in external events
• Completed basic commercial training (bank or insurance)
• Completion of a further education, ideally in the preventive care area (technical college, higher vocational training, Federal FA or similar)
• Completed intermediary examination (VBV) or dipl. Financial planner with federal certificate
• Very good knowledge of the pension (BVG) and personal insurance sector (KTG/UVG) as well as in-depth market knowledge in the collective foundation sector are advantageous
• Independent, responsible and quality-conscious working methods
• Enjoying customer contact and high skills in negotiating and presenting
• Flexible and team-capable personality
• Very good knowledge of German, reliable knowledge of English and/or French
