The Group Accounting and Client Accounting department is responsible for the consolidated financial statements of the City of Zurich and ensures compliance with the legal requirements of accounting. In addition, the department provides comprehensive accounting services on behalf of various organizational units of the City of Zurich. It supports its clients in all matters of finance and accounting. To support our team, we are looking for reinforcement for client accounting immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• They manage the accounting of different clients in SAP FI.
• Together with the clients, they develop the budget and financial planning.
• They shall prepare the annual accounts and prepare the accounts.
• After a familiarization phase, you bill the monthly investments in asset accounting from other clients.
• You are responsible for the working and process documentation of the clients.

Profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a clerk /-in accounting - expert /-woman in finance and accounting with federal agency of advantage
• Proven accounting expertise with practical responsibility for the preparation of financial statements
• Years of experience in SAP FI/CO
• An experienced handling of the MS-Office range and teams
• Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
