Our Control Room team is the hub for managing compliance risks in the areas of independent financial analysis, trading and capital markets. We are responsible for complying with compliance requirements for independent financial analyses, market conduct rules and the handling of insider information as well as reporting and disclosure obligations. In this way, you make an important contribution to fair and transparent trade. Your tasks

• Analyze, evaluate and process communication data (e.g. e-mails, chats, voice recordings) with regard to possible rule or law violations
• Document your clarifications carefully and audit-proof
• Contributes to the further development, optimization and parameterization of existing and new monitoring systems
• Works closely with IT, legal services, compliance colleagues and specialist departments to ensure regulatory and technical requirements
• Observe regulatory developments and market trends in communication monitoring and derive optimizations for processes, controls and systems
• Supports the team in other control room tasks such as the monitoring of trade transactions, clarifications on possible improper market behavior and projects
• Act as a point of contact for general inquiries on control room topics
• Completed studies, higher technical school or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in the compliance environment of a bank or financial institution, ideally in communications surveillance, financial crime or market behavior monitoring
• Understand modern communication platforms and ideally experience with systems for monitoring electronic communications or trading activities
• High affinity for IT systems and data as well as a strong understanding of compliance and control
• Great interest in securities trading and research topics
• You convince with analytical and solution-oriented skills as well as a clear and addressable communication
• The ability to critically question complex communication patterns and independently assess regulatory risks completes your profile
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
