Role overview
As part of the Compliance Framework, Governance, Assurance, Control and Reporting team, this role supports the ongoing development and effective maintenance of the Bank’s compliance and policy framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory developments and emerging best practices.
The role is also responsible for coordinating audit-related activities, including audit inquiries, regulatory requests, and the timely remediation of findings.

- Manage and maintain the Bank’s policy and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

- Monitor and assess regulatory developments and changes, ensuring timely analysis, interpretation and implementation across the organisation.
- Coordinate audit-related activities, including handling audit requests, supporting audit reviews, and ensuring timely remediation and closure of findings.
- Coordinate regulatory requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of information.
- Drive the development and maintenance of compliance risk assessments, ensuring risks are properly identified, assessed, documented and mitigated.
- Manage and perform Internal Control System (ICS) activities, including controls design, testing and ongoing assurance of control effectiveness.
- Support in preparing and managing compliance reporting, including internal reporting and regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring consistency and reliability of reported information.
- Oversee compliance tool management, including the use of digital solutions and AI, to enhance efficiency, automation and overall effectiveness of compliance processes.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Compliance, with a strong focus on compliance framework management, control assurance, audit coordination, and regulatory engagement, gained within a Swiss or EU financial institution or within audit and consulting functions serving the financial services sector.
