Mansioni

• Lead for maintenance, content management and further development of the intranet as well as other internal communication channels
• Responsibility for regular preparation & dispatch of internal newsletters
• Lead for the implementation & further development of internal video projects & photo shoots
• Responsible for supraregional & national employee events
• Participation in external communication, in particular. Public relations
• Processing press inquiries & managing media clippings & address database
• Creating Wordings and Text Building Blocks for Business Purposes
• Interface and consulting function for the different business areas, in particular Senior management
• Support marketing in the creation and editing of multilingual content
• Deputy in HR Communications / Employer Branding
• Processing, monitoring & optimization of KPI in the responsible areas

Requirements

• Mind. 5-6 years of professional experience: in the area of communication with focus on internal communications as well as corporate communications & public relations
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the field of communication, media studies or comparable training
• Digital affinity and interest in learning about new tools (e.g. Content Management Systems)
• initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a flexible and independent working method
• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, assertiveness and the ability to bring projects to the ground
• German (flowing)
• French (advantageous)
