• You actively contribute to the further development of our internal communication and support existing formats such as the MyETAVIS app, the employee magazine, newsletters and other internal communication measures.
• You will support our regions, business units and specialist departments with selected communication concerns and coordinate closely with the Head of Marketing & Communication and the team.
• You help ensure that our digital communication channels remain up-to-date, relevant and target group-oriented. To do this, you maintain and update website content, create new posts and publish blog articles.
• You get involved in new communication formats, engage in AI-enabled content processes and develop ideas on how we can make our communication work more efficient and impactful.
• You support the social media managers in content planning as a sparring person and accompany photo and video productions.
• As part of a small team, you work on varied marketing and communication projects and support your colleagues within the framework of deputies. This will make it easier for you to get started.
• With your university degree in communication, marketing, media or a comparable discipline, you have already gained professional experience in corporate communication or in other communication-related tasks.
• You have excellent written and oral expression skills in German, storytelling is yours and it is easy for you to prepare topics from different disciplines in a comprehensible, interesting and target group-oriented way.
• With content management systems and the maintenance of websites you are familiar and your high affinity for digital media and your interest in new technologies distinguish you, ideally you have already gained initial experience with AI-supported tools.
• You can easily use the Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva range and use film and photo equipment.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, keep an overview of several projects and are happy to contribute your own ideas. Experience in project management is an advantage. This is what awaits you
