• 80% The Health Directorate of the Canton of Zurich ensures high-level and secure health care.The Finance Department in the General Secretariat is responsible for the financial management of the management and the accounting department. • Ensuring day-to-day operations in accounting
• Maintenance of the ledger and debtors and creditors
• Cooperation in interim and annual accounts incl. IC votes
• Support of departments in technical issues relating to accounting
• Documentation and review of processes and controls and participation in their further development
• Active contribution to projects in the field of accounting as well as its further development You have an apprenticeship in accounting, for example as a clerk or a comparable qualification. Even if you are currently in a corresponding further education, we look forward to your application. You work carefully, structured and reliable and are happy to take responsibility for your tasks. Your IT affinity is good and your handling of the common MS Office applications is secure. As a team player, you value cooperation with different stakeholders and communicate clearly and bindingly. Experience in public administration or healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement.
