Tasks

• They record incoming payments and ensure correct and up-to-date accounts receivable.
• They carry out the monthly reminder runs, monitor outstanding claims and keep an eye on incoming payments.
• They process repayments of patient and guarantor credits and ensure correct and timely processing.
• They check, process and record creditors’ bills in the digital workflow.
• They process creditor payments reliably and on time.
• They create invoices to third parties and ensure correct billing.
• You are actively involved in projects and support the continuous optimization and further development of our processes.
• They take on further administrative and accounting tasks in the area of accounts payable and payable and thus make an important contribution to efficient day-to-day business.

Requirements

• They have completed commercial vocational training.
• You have completed further training as a clerk/accounting officer.
• They bring several years of professional experience in accounting.
• They work independently, reliably and carefully and keep track of several tasks.
• They enjoy providing competent, friendly and service-oriented support to internal and external stakeholders.
• They are characterized by team spirit, commitment and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
