Role overview

Growth Engine Ownership: You are responsible for building and operating our commercial growth engine that shapes our G2M strategy; how to generate demand, accelerate deal conversion, and enable decision making at C-suite level.

Growth Execution: You operate at the center of the commercial unit, designing and orchestrating the execution of our growth initiatives, directly influencing our most strategic deals.

Pipeline Growth: You accelerate our sales pipeline development and conversion by determining where we play and how we build market access to clients and decision-makers.

Key requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are an entrepreneur at heart, excited to build a new (climate relevant) industry with a trillion-dollar market potential. You like the prospect of building a successful business in that industry – the carbon removal industry, along with a highly dedicated and fun team.
  • B2B growth experience: You have at least 8 years of experience in Business development or commercial growth functions in complex and hyper growth B2B environments where the sale requires education and senior access.
  • Commercial acumen: You have strong commercial instinct sharpened by analytical rigor. You can identify new growth areas, market signals, prioritize and focus action on high ROI activities.
  • Execution track record: You have a track record in building and scaling initiatives and campaigns from design to in-market implementation.
  • Cross-functional leadership: You align and mobilize cross-functional teams, you have strong influencing skills and clarity of thinking. You have a bias for action with a strong “get things done” mindset.
  • Communication excellence: You are fluent in English. You are an inspiring speaker and comfortable with public presentations. You can craft clear, engaging and structured narratives.
