Company and context
- of our customer events from A to Z – from planning to implementation on site to follow-up, including coordination of vehicle bookings.
- First contact person for hospitality-related actions & communication, e.g. newsletter or weekly resource planning.
- Processing of incoming requests, creation of offers and coordination with internal teams – in close coordination with the account manager for special conditions.
- Examination and qualification of incoming leads such as tasting requests, sales requests and recommendations.
- Assessment of the potential of leads and targeted forwarding to the right teams.
- Personal delivery of goodie bags to potential customers in cooperation with the Acquisition Manager.
- Processing of customer requests such as badge creation, sending vouchers & prepaid cards and replacing badges.
- Management of sales materials including inventory control and timely re-ordering. What you bring
- Completed commercial education or comparable experience.
- Experience in hospitality, events or customer success is a plus – but more important to us are mindset and enthusiasm!
