Our 11 residential groups with different focuses are located in Kloten and Bülach. COMBI-TALENT FOR PHYSICAL AGOGIC CONTROL 60 - 90% Professional in the area of care/agogy (EFZ/HF) with option to team management deputy (M/F/D) Your area of responsibility The residential group: We are a nursing residential group with 12 adults with different abilities, impairments and nursing support needs: from full care to supportive support of a largely independent care. We are as colorful as life itself: communicative, secretive, sometimes impatient and angry, sometimes soulful and cordial. We are honest and authentic and look forward to your professional and warmly human companionship. The team: We are an interdisciplinary team that works with expertise, openness and always with a pinch of humor. The well-being and self-determination of the inhabitants are our top priority. We design everyday living in such a way that competent participation is possible. Our common goal is a modern, comprehensive support by a team that complements, holds together and constantly develops. Your tasks: You support the inhabitants in everyday life from awakening to the bedtime song, always with an open eye for their abilities and independence. You love the nursing and agogic aspects of work equally and are actively involved in both areas. With commitment you help with a meaningful and refreshing day planning. You create sustainable relationships that also give you the meaning you seek in your work. For your caregivers, you communicate with doctors, specialists and relatives. You use EasyDOK to collect all data and reports. As a team member, you participate in team meetings, contribute your observations and ideas, and help implement the common goals. • Representation of team management in absence (coordination and contact person, management of team meetings and participation in team management meetings)

You are a qualified professional in the field of care/care/agogy (EFZ or HF) and the care of impaired people is your calling. You have humor in your blood, expertise in your head and work full-time ahead. Rely on you and you convince with your expertise.
