Main responsibilities
- The group: We are a nursing group with 12 adults with different abilities, impairments and nursing needs: from full care to support a largely independent care.
- We are as colorful as life itself: communicative, silent, sometimes impatient and angry, sometimes soulful and cordial.
- We are honest and authentic and look forward to your professional and cordial human accompaniment.
- The team: We are an interdisciplinary team working with expertise, openness and always with a pinch of humor.
- The well-being and self-determination of the inhabitants are our top priority.
- We design everyday life so that competent participation is possible. Your tasks:
- You always support the residents in everyday life, from awakening to the Good Night song, with an open view for their skills and self-employment.
- Nursing and agogical aspects of the work you love the same thing and actively contribute in both areas.
- With commitment, you help with a sensible and refreshing day planning.
- You shape sustainable relationships that also give you the meaning you seek in your work.
