What you do
- You actively support the sales force throughout the sales process and thus contribute to joint success.
- As a central contact person, you will answer professional and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual lives, accident, sickness and BVG.
- You support our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing and personally with great competence and commitment.
- With a sense of individual needs, you develop customized concepts and solutions.
- Together with the team, you actively participate in market development and sales promotion.
- You accompany our learners in everyday work and promote their professional and personal development.
- You take over the deputy of the head of sales support during their absences.
What you bring
- Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-industry insurer.
- You already bring the VBV certificate (Allbranchen) or have the willingness to achieve it.
- Enjoying direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation.
- Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions.
- Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and relevant specialist departments.
