As part of the Zurich Detention Centers (UGZ), Dielsdorf Prison specializes in accommodating women and has 57 detention centers. The focus is on pre-trial and security detention, supplemented by the execution of short and substitute prison sentences. If necessary, women can be admitted together with their infants up to the age of around 18 months. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a resilient and committed personality for a limited period of one year as of January 2027 (with possible transfer to a permanent position). • Operation of the security center, mainly in the evening, on weekends and public holidays
• Ensure safety, opening of doors and handling of alarms
• Triggering the safety device in emergency situations
• Coordinating the missions of the supervisors, for example during visits and postponements
• Implementation of the entry check
• Receiving and processing call requests of the admitted persons and answering and forwarding requests
• Maintaining the journal and the necessary documentation
• Submission of information to instructors
• Assistance in care and administration tasks You bring that with you
• You are at least 25 years old and psychologically resilient
