The position includes the coordination of service operations, billing and proactive communication with customers and service partners. We are looking for a team-capable personality with commercial training who enjoys customer contact and also works in a structured manner in dynamic situations. 02 Your task – Coordination of operational planning for service technicians and external partners – Telephone and written support of customer inquiries and appointment agreements – Monitoring of order status and ensuring timely processing – Creation and post-processing of invoices for services Proactive communication with customers, partners and internal interfaces 03
