What you can expect
- Deputy of the main agent
- Assistance in the processing of the private and corporate client portfolio of the main agent
- Independent management of your own portfolio
- Actively participate in achieving sales targets
- Advice and support for customers, mainly on the phone or at customer reception
- Assisting insurance consultants in arranging customer appointments
- Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (sales support)
- Administrative support for insuranceconsultants
- Preparation of offers and requests
- General correspondence
We require from you
- Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance is mandatory
- Passed Intermediary Examination (VBV)
- Willingness to train regularly
- Enjoyment of expanding existing customer relationships
- Reliable, resilient personality combined with an efficient work style
- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Persuasive Appearance with pleasure in dealing with people
- Positive and winning manner, salesy flair
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, knowledge of English and other languages would be an advantage
