Your area of responsibility
- Management and ordering of promotional products, materials, business cards, office materials, sales documents (prospectus material)
- Manage and order GA-specific printed matter
- Maintaining IT applications and handling cases
- Administrative support in the non-life sector
- Coordination of cooperation between Headquarters, General Agency, Expatriates and Customers
- Receiving customer calls and receiving customers at the General Agency
- Support for the external service in sales promotions
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- Creating offers for private and corporate customers
- Support of the customer advisor in all administrative and organizational matters
- Appointments for pension advisors (in- and outbound)
- Support for sales promotion measures incl. Management of promotional products
- Collection and maintenance of data in various Swiss Life applications
Their strengths
- Basic commercial training completed
- VBV training completed
- Several years of professional experience in the field of insurance or customer service
- Good MS-Office user knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Number and organizational flair
