Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Tax Office Employees /-in withholding tax limited 6 months 100% Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! Together with the municipal tax offices, the cantonal tax office collects taxes for the Confederation, the canton and the municipalities. We support individuals and businesses throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the Zurich Altstetten site. In the withholding tax team, we ensure that withholding tax declarations are processed correctly and on time. You support us in the collection and processing of declarations and work in a team with clear processes and structured processes. Your tasks:
- Independent recording and transfer of withholding tax declarations into the specialist application according to clearly defined specifications
- Check for completeness and correct transmission of the information collected
- Efficient processing of large declaration quantities in compliance with quantity and quality specifications
- Independent organization of the assigned work as well as targeted consultation in unclear or deviating cases Your profile:
- Basic commercial education and initial professional experience
- Very independent and self-responsible working method after familiarization
- Rapid comprehension and the ability to safely transfer what has been learned to similar cases
- Careful and accurate operation with constant high detection power
- Concentration and endurance in repetitive tasks and large amounts of data
- Good self-organization and reliable time management
- Secure handling of IT applications
