Tasks

• They coordinate the patient flow and bed capacities and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
• They plan and coordinate operational interventions and, together with the participating areas, ensure a smooth process.
• They are an important hub between the medical profession, nursing, surgery, anesthesia and other specialist areas.
• They organize patient missions and accompany the planning from registration to hospital entry.
• Contact person for internal and external assignments and cooperation partners
• They bring their own ideas and actively shape the further development of our processes and processes.

Requirements

• You have a medical background or have professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• They enjoy planning, coordination and organization and appreciate working in a varied and dynamic environment.
• Even with several tasks occurring at the same time, you keep an overview, set clear priorities and make situational decisions.
• They communicate safely, respectfully and appreciatively with patients and employees from different professional groups.
• They are characterized by reliability, flexibility and resilience and like to work constructively in a team.
• They are well versed in using digital work equipment and can quickly find their way around new IT systems and digital processes.
• You like to think along, bring your own ideas and take responsibility for your tasks and their further development
