VZ is the leading independent financial services provider in Switzerland. We advise individuals and companies about money, manage assets and offer attractive financial services. As a result of the retirement of the current job holder, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality at a central location in Kreuzlingen as of 01.01.2027.

• You are the first contact person for our customers, whom you look after at the reception and on the phone – courteous and with much joy.
• You are an important interface to marketing at the headquarters and process the returns from our regular shipping campaigns.
• You support your colleagues in the office with administrative tasks.
• You are responsible for various internal tasks.
• You work advantageously on two fixed days per week (definite workload/working days by arrangement)
• Experience in customer support
• excellent communication
• Good organisational skills
• Serenity in stressful situations
• Experienced handling of the PC including 10-finger system
• Swiss German as mother tongue
