Full description
Spitex SAW supports older people with everyday domestic, care and social services. To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a committed, reliable and sensitive personality as an employee* in housekeeping and support.
Tasks
- They perform domestic and supervising tasks in accordance with assistance and care planning as well as the standards and guidelines of Spitex SAW. If possible, the customers actively involve you in the activities.
- They provide needs-based care and support services and thus contribute to a high quality of life for customers.
- They observe changes in our customers, document them professionally and inform the responsible case management housekeeping and support about important observations.
- They actively participate in meetings, reports and case discussions, independently collect important information and ensure its sharing.
- They communicate reliably, professionally and appropriately – both in personal contact and via email.
Profile
- Experience in private household management and independent, reliable and responsible working methods
- High social competence and pronounced customer and service orientation
- Teamwork, physical and psychological resilience, flexibility and openness to change
- Good oral and written knowledge of German as well as secure and professional communication
- Possession of a valid driving licence of category B and readiness to carry out operations independently in the entire area of operation by car
