VZ is the leading independent financial services provider in Switzerland. We create transparency in the banking and insurance market and advise our customers comprehensively and neutrally. As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcements for our pension foundations at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zurich.

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the coordination and preparation of the annual reports of the VZ pension foundations.
• You work directly with the management of the VZ pension foundations and the accounting team, coordinating and monitoring the various work and processes.
• You check the received data and information and give recommendations for action if necessary.
• You make sure that the full annual reports are available in time and prepare the documents for the Board meetings.
• You coordinate and help to accompany the revision of the VZ pension foundations and are the main contact person.
• You are committed to the further development of our organization, contribute ideas and actively shape your working environment.
• An education in finance and accounting, auditing or a business administration degree at a (specialist) university
• Ideally, experience in the field of occupational pensions or in the accounting of pension foundations
• Accurate and dutiful working methods
• Project experience and pleasure in coordinating different tasks and stakeholders
• Good communication, thirst for knowledge, enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders and experience in working with several areas
• IT affinity and savvy handling of MS Excel
• Desire to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment

Requirements

• • Eine Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder ein BWL-Studium an einer (Fach-)Hochschule
• • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der beruflichen Vorsorge oder im Accounting von Vorsorgestiftungen
• • Genaue und pflichtbewusste Arbeitsweise
• • Projekterfahrung und Freude an der Koordination von verschiedenen Aufgaben und Anspruchsgruppen
• • Gute Kommunikation, Wissensdurst, Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Bereichen
• • IT-Affinität und versierter Umgang mit MS Excel
• • Lust in einem dynamischen und dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
