Do you like working with people and would like to contribute with your warm nature to an all-round successful guest experience? At our USZ office in Stettbach, you can expect a versatile task in the catering sector, in which guest contact, teamwork and active involvement are the focus. Together as a team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations and our guests feel comfortable.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • With your friendly and cordial appearance, you create an inviting atmosphere and ensure that our guests feel at home at the USZ location in Stettbach. • You bake our baked goods, present them attractively and supervise and fill the self-service area. • Reliable cash management is also part of your daily tasks. • Deliveries, stocks, temperatures and shelf-life are carefully controlled and always keep an overview. • You are responsible with food and actively contribute to reducing food waste. • With dishwashing, cleaning, cleaning and simple administrative work, you are actively involved and consistently comply with our hygiene and HACCP requirements. • Together with the person responsible for the location, you ensure smooth operation and provide flexible support for all tasks involved. Requirements • Training or professional experience in the catering, hospitality, sales or food industry • Your heart beats for the gastronomy and the personal contact with our guests • You are friendly, reliable, helpful and enjoy working in a team • Well-groomed appearance and good manners • Independent and careful working method with own initiative • Good oral knowledge of German and openness towards digital checkout and ordering systems • Good physical condition and willingness to be flexible • Readiness for operations from Monday to Friday within operational opening hours We offer: We offer you a versatile task in an advanced working environment characterized by high quality orientation, independence and a sense of responsibility.
