You want to accompany people in challenging situations while at the same time using your specialist knowledge in the field of personal insurance? In this versatile function you combine customer contact, consulting and case management with analytical thinking and solution-oriented action. You care for insured persons in the regions of Zurich and central Switzerland and develop sustainable solutions together with internal and external partners. Tasks

• Clarification of facts with insured persons and employers
• Analysis of re-gress options and identification of potentials for external case management
• Implementation of the assessment of the personal, professional and social situation of insured persons
• Conduct of interviews with insured persons, employers, doctors, lawyers and other partners
• Organization and moderation of round-tables
• Support of insured persons in obtaining the job or coordinating therapeutic work attempts
• Preparation of reports and recommendations for action for the department
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Requisiti
• You have several years of experience or a sound training in the field of personal insurance
• You bring good knowledge of the social insurance, ideally with a specialist pass private or social security or comparable further education
• A CAS case management as well as a training in psychology, coaching or social work are of benefit
• You convince with your empathic, communicative and secure personality
