Role overview

  • Evaluation of electronic assemblies and devices in the event of quality deviations (e.g. visual inspection, plausibility check)
  • Analysis of error patterns in collaboration with production, test field or development
  • Support in the technical evaluation of Q messages and causes of errors
  • Coordination and documentation of deviations in SAP (QM/logistics processes)
  • Participation in 8D edits and root cause analyzes (e.g. Ishikawa, 5-Why)
  • Support in blocking/unblocking materials as well as accompanying follow-up work
  • Interface communication between production, development and purchasing
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects (CIP) and process optimization
  • Support with internal audits
  • Completed training as an electronics engineer (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or comparable technical qualification
  • Good understanding of electronic assemblies, manufacturing processes (SMD / THT assembly) and reading circuit diagrams
  • Initial experience in quality management is an advantage (e.g. Q reports, 8D, deviation management)
  • Confident handling of ERP/QM systems (e.g. SAP) is desirable
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working
  • Strong awareness of quality and willingness to take responsibility
  • Teamwork and communication skills
