Who you are

We are looking for employees in the Second Chance Market, which is passionate about sales and sustainability and aims to give our products that have been slightly damaged or used in an exhibition a second chance.

• You have experience in sales or customer service and appreciate advising customers during their purchase.
• You work well under time pressure, have a strong business acumen and are results-oriented.
• You actively contribute to the sustainability of the furniture store by identifying the best solutions for the reuse of returned or displayed furniture.
• You are a strong communication, independent personality who also likes to work in a team.
• You are goal-oriented and have a lot of energy and motivation as well as a pronounced cost awareness.
• You are open to change and have a high degree of flexibility.
• You speak fluent German and can also communicate well in English.

You are responsible for

• Actively address our customers to determine their needs and advise them on the best solutions.
• Working with customer service regarding returns to find the best way to reuse returned products or ensure their sustainable use.
• Assembly of exhibition furniture and product presentation with a strong commercial expression to promote sales.
• Minimize costs arising from internal use of IKEA products and damages.
• Close cooperation with other departments in the store to optimize sales.
• Creating an exceptional IKEA shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
