Do you like to hold the strings together? Whether on the phone, during scheduling or in contact with patients: you make sure that everything runs smoothly in the background. With your organizational talent, your structured working method and your sense of people, you make an important contribution to smooth patient care in the Clinic of Neuroradiology.

Your main tasks

• Telephone and written contact with patients:inside, referrals, insurance and internal and external contacts:inside
• Scheduling, organisation and coordination of outpatient consultation hours and radiological examinations
• Sending patient orders
• Reception and care of patients: inside
• Processing and accounting of consils, reports and other administrative documents
• Processing of insurance enquiries and cost codes
• Cooperation in the patient secretariat and in the disposition
• General administrative and organisational tasks
• Active participation and further development of processes and processes

Working hours: 6:30

• 15:30 or 8
• 17:00; possible bets on Saturday (max. 1x per month) from 7:30
• 14:00

You bring that with you

• Completed basic commercial or (para)medical training
• Experience in an administrative function, ideally in the health care or hospital environment
• Enjoying complex scheduling and organizational challenges
• Independent, structured and careful working methods
• High service orientation and pleasure in contact with people
• Team spirit, flexibility and responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good IT user knowledge (MS Office), knowledge of RIS and/or KISIM is advantageous
• Foreign language skills are welcome
