Their main tasks

• General customer support and customer care mainly by e-mail and telephone
• Recording and processing of customer orders in the Delivros School Webshop
• Accompanying the process from receipt of the order to delivery by our external logistician
• Completing bibliographic research
• Maintain the master data in the Delivros school webshop and create or Editing of lists of articles
• Creating various reports and statistics in Excel

Your profile

• Completed training as a merchant or as a bookseller
• Professional experience in the back office with customer contact
• MS Office knowledge
• Very good Excel knowledge
• Good understanding for application-based processes
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Very good feeling for the German language
