In the role as a clerk: in Wealth Planning you support our experts in the tax area. • Processing inbox: Responsible for the physical and digital inbox in the tax area
• Data maintenance and collection: Processing and maintenance of tax-relevant data (e.g. address, civil status, AHV-No.) in the internal applications as well as storage of documents in the physical dossiers
• Correspondence with authorities and customers: writing confirmation letters of the submitted documents to our customers as well as correspondence with tax authorities and creating offers for new mandate customers
• Support of our experts: preparation and follow-up of consultations incl. Archiving and invoicing

Your profile

• Completed commercial education or graduate school
• You have a fast comprehension as well as readiness and endurance for repetitive tasks
• You convince with a careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Responsibility and service orientation are your priority
• You are very familiar with MS Office applications
