Being a Coffee Specialist at Nespresso You are our customer: women with your passion for service and coffee. As the first contact person in the boutique, you will recognize their needs and create a first-class brand experience through personal advice. This is how you as a coffee specialist will make a difference

• Ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant experience for our guests as well as individual advice to our customers, conducting coffee tastings and actively selling our products
• Independent repair of simple machine faults and coordination of repairs
• Support and advice of the team in technical issues related to our coffee machines
• Support in the management of spare parts and the handling of technical customer concerns in cooperation with our service partners
• Recording of orders, carrying out cash invoice as well as careful maintenance and ongoing updating of the customer file
• Active contribution to the achievement of individual and boutique goals and to the continuous improvement of the customer experience in the boutique

What makes you successful

• Training or professional experience in retail or gastronomy
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as passion for coffee, brand and unique customer experiences
• Interest and pleasure in solving technical questions about coffee machines as well as sharing your knowledge with colleagues:
• Experience in training, support or professional support of colleagues: inside is an advantage
• Flexible, well organized and reliable personality with a strong team spirit
• Negotiable knowledge of German, other languages such as English are a plus
