- In the co-direction with a further team management, you take the personal, professional and organizational responsibility for a care team with around 30 employees Together with your team, you will ensure professional, customer-oriented care For good networking and cooperation with other disciplines You take the day-to-day business, e.g. customer recordings in close cooperation with tour planning and day-to-day responsibility In addition to your leadership task, you will also jump into customer engagements if necessary and bring your expertise and social skills in direct contact with our customers: You actively participate in the further development of high-quality care and focus on good practical training for learners and students Requirements profile: Completed training (HF/FH) Training at management level or willingness to complete such training Joy in a varied working environment as well as independent and independent work Networked thinking, high social competence and pronounced communication skills Relieving, independent leadership with courage to make clear decisions Responsibility for the entire care process of your customers Secure handling of digital tools (Swing) Guided card Kat.
