On the residential unit, you take over the personnel, organizational and financial management together with your team management. The management of employees is fun for you and you have already shown that you can do it well. You are used to working in a team. You work in the accompaniment and care of us residents. You have already gained experience in the care of people with a physical and cognitive impairment and have an education as a social educator / social educator or as a specialist care or a similar education in the social field. You also enjoy administrative activities and enjoy working together in an interdisciplinary manner. In the Wagerenhof we live together with around 250 people with multiple mental and physical impairments. He is the loving, lasting Dihei for us.
