You take responsibility for the residential building on the Rüti (WHR) and shape the future of the area hand in hand with your co-management. Do you want to be part of our team?

The Multifaceted Day

• Together with your co-management, you are responsible for the area of living and develop it further conceptually.
• They control human resources, occupancy, quality and finances, carry budget responsibility and accompany change processes
• They lead the management team, consisting of the team leaders Living, professionally and personnel
• They shape a leadership and team culture based on trust, appreciation and commitment and actively shape ongoing organizational development
• They work closely with the care service provider and maintain cooperation with internal and external partners, relatives, supporters and legal representatives.

Their diverse talents

• They are dipl. Nursing specialist HF or FH and have completed further training in the field of leadership
• You have several years of leadership experience in social or health care, ideally five to six years in a comparable function
• You have profound experience in long-term care or in the nursing home area
• Positive leadership is an attitude for you: You lead in a strength-oriented, appreciative and trusting manner and at the same time clearly and bindingly. You know how strongly leadership shapes work climate, motivation, health and retention, and live health-promoting leadership in everyday life
• They lead over clarity, relationship and responsibility instead of hierarchy. They like to share responsibility, allow strong personalities beside themselves and see different opinions and critical feedback as enrichment
• They communicate clearly, transparently and bindingly and meet employees, relatives, supporters and other stakeholders openly, honestly and with integrity.
• You have business understanding, show presence and decision-making pleasure and bring the necessary strategic altitude to further develop the WHR
• You work securely with client information systems, ERP software (Abacus beneficial) and personnel planning tools (PEP beneficial) and have good MS Office knowledge
• A great management team and a lively environment with a lot of creative freedom, in which your ideas are in demand.
• 5-6 weeks holidays
• Own pension fund with above average employer share of 60%
