The company develops and implements sophisticated solutions for high-precision machining of workpieces. The focus is on innovative manufacturing technologies, individual customer requirements and high technical quality. The position offers the opportunity to participate both in the technical environment at the location and directly with international customers. 02 Your task – They accompany the technical commissioning and take over the implementation of machine acceptance at the company site as well as at customers abroad. – They program and optimize NC processes on modern Siemens 840D series controllers. – They develop processing processes, test them and ensure reliable implementation. – They carry out practical machining and grinding tests and support technical machine demonstrations. – They create technical documents, project-specific documentation and operating instructions. – They impart their expertise as part of customer training and show users the operation and programming of the machines. – For international projects, you are in direct contact with customers and technical partners. – Global travel is around 20%. 03

04 Your profile – Completed mechanical or comparable technical vocational training. – Professional experience in dealing with CNC machine tools and in-depth knowledge in machining production. Experience with Siemens CNC controllers, preferably with 840D. – Knowledge of grinding is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. – A strong technical understanding as well as a solution-oriented and analytical mindset. Secure handling of common MS Office applications. – An independent, structured and at the same time team-oriented working method. – Joy of contact with international customers and a professional appearance. – Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. – willingness to travel internationally by about 20%. 05 Worth knowing – A technically versatile position with a high share of personal responsibility.
