Tasks

• Invoicing of outpatient and inpatient cases of the Uroviva Clinic
• Recording of medical services in the outpatient and inpatient area of third-party hospitals
• Recording / billing of statistical services
• Control / Entries of medical services in third-party hospitals and service controlling in the clinic and third-party hospitals
• Control / Deposit of extra-cantonal Baserates
• Invoicing to third-party hospitals
• Entries of all OPs, consulates, conservative cases and emergencies in the corresponding lists
• Control of surgical and exit reports
• Drafting and payment control
• Cooperation with hospitals and relevant stakeholders
• Training of new doctors in third-party hospitals

Requirements

• Basic commercial training completed
• Several years of experience in healthcare
• Experience in billing of stationary and ambulatory cases is advantageous
• High initiative and strong, addressee-oriented communication ability
• Experience with the Opale system is beneficial
• Networked thinking and rapid comprehension
• Structured, independent and precise working method
