- Perform daily visits with clinical examination and documentation
Main responsibilities
- Carrying out clinical-medical activities (writing ECGs, removing Pacemaker electrodes, removing chest drinagen)
- Perform daily visits with clinical examination and documentation
- General care of patients of the cardiac surgical bed ward in close coordination with the medical profession
- Conduct patient and family meetings to explain the diagnosis(s) and treatment plan
Company and context
- of patient transfers and referrals including rehabilitation registrations
- Writing of various reports (exit reports, transfer reports, transfer reports)
- Documentation of the entrances and exits of the cardiac bed station
- Preparation of medical prescriptions (imaging diagnostics, individual examinations, consultants)
- Recording of the anamnesis as well as status survey on entry, conducting assessments
- Specialist and administrative support for the medical and non-medical staff of the cardiac surgical bed station
- Participation in process changes (adjustments to the rules, adjustments to the guidelines, introduction of new processes)
- Review and completion of the intelligence documents (e.g. intelligence protocols, general consensus)
- First-level support for patients and other participants in the cardiac bed ward Health promotion and prevention measures
- Perceiving the coordination function in the interdisciplinary team Requirements
