As a consultant for clinic information systems, you are actively involved in the digital transformation in Swiss hospitals and clinics. They bridge the gap between medical-nursing core processes and modern IT architecture. In this interface function, you will accompany challenging introductions of clinic information systems, optimization projects and change processes from the first process analysis to requirements management and successful commissioning on site. A highly qualified, interdisciplinary team of medical informatics specialists, business economists and IT specialists develops practical digital solutions with noticeable added value together with hospital management. 02 Your task Process Analysis & Requirements Management: You analyze clinical pathways and workflows in the areas of care, medicine and administration and translate them into precise requirements specifications. Projects & Implementation: They accompany the selection, conception, adaptation and introduction of modern clinic information systems as well as adjacent subsystems. – Interface & Consulting: You act as a valued contact person and link between hospital IT, medical and nursing specialists and external software manufacturers. Change Management & Empowerment: You support the teams on site with the introduction of new digital processes, carry out user workshops and ensure a smooth transition to regular operation. Project management: You assume (partial) project management responsibility and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and budget according to proven project methods. 03

04 Your profile – In-depth training: Completed study of medical informatics, business informatics, health economics or a medical-nursing education with a pronounced IT qualification. – Professional experience: At least 2 years of practice in the supervision, introduction or optimization of clinic information systems gained in a clinic, at a software manufacturer for clinic information systems or in an IT consultancy.

Expertise

In-depth understanding of clinical treatment pathways and hospital processes.
