- Serving as the point of entry for all operational requests from bankers or clients. - Leading the end-to-end account-opening process, taking the local regulatory specificities that determine documentation requirements into consideration. - Ensuring a strict follow-up of documentation (including pendings, middle office and R&C lists) by contacting clients, in coordination with the banker in charge of the relationship. - Managing documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms). - Leading KYC information-gathering where required, and updating supplementary records in the system when needed. - Processing workflow requests in the system (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) and ensuring relevant client documentation is entered into the system (memos, orders, etc.). - Coordinating closely with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve any risk and compliance matters. - Leading and organising, within the team, the prioritisation and remediation of any Key Risk Indicators flagged. - Adhering to all existing policies and directives, and support the implementation of new ones where needed. - Processing payments and transfers, while ensuring callbacks are systematically performed, and providing support for other transactional activities where needed. - Fostering close ties with the relevant internal stakeholders (Voyages, Middle Office, R&C, etc.), learning about what they do and acting as their point of contact for the team. - Ensuring telephone call coverage within the team. - Supporting administrative tasks where required.
- Bachelor's degree or similar. - No less than 5 years’ experience in a similar role. - Fluent in English, Spanish and Portugues; French is an advantage. - Service orientated, with experience in dealing with private clients and supporting relationship managers. - Firm grasp of wealth managers’ client documentation duties and related internal processes. - Familiarity with regulatory dimensions (cross-border, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS etc.). - Attention to detail. - Able to work independently and diligently. - Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task. - Solution-oriented and proactive mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. - Strong team spirit.
