- training, ideally complemented by training in banking or finance
- knowledge of the local market and ability to create or develop a client portfolio
- in-depth knowledge of investment, mortgages and foresight
- pleasure with human contacts, confident and winning attitude
- passion for sales and strong service orientation
- active commitment to the success of the entire team
- good level of English required (C1)
