We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to

• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience;
• support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties;
• manage daily business in HNW/UHNW client servicing and provide high quality service;
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits;
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients;
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting;
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability

reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence;

• support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings.

The team You’ll be working in the Client Service Team (CST) WM APAC Switzerland - Taiwan Team in Zurich. As Client Account Manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined eff orts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your skills and experience

• Financial Services experience, ideally within a client facing team either minimum 1 years in financial services industry, or minimum 2 years in other relevant commercial sectors;
• Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Mandarin will be considered as an asset;
• Proven ability to execute tasks and being solution oriented;
• Works with discretion, diligence and adaptability to changing business or operation needs;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills will can help you succeed in the role;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure;
• Sound record of being a team player with strong sense of responsibility and productive collaboration.
