- Manage claims of varying severity end-to-end, from first notification through to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling at every stage
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews , applying sound legal and contractual interpretation to determine the scope of coverage and advise stakeholders accordingly
- Perform detailed loss assessments , evaluating the financial and operational impact of claims with a structured and analytical approach
- Develop and implement appropriate claims resolution strategies , balancing client needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Deliver outstanding client service in line with CorSo Claims Commitment and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), building trust and long-term relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting, legal, and finance to ensure a seamless and coordinated claims experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims documentation , ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Monitor and report on claims developments , providing clear and insightful updates to relevant stakeholders and management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives , sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's overall performance and efficiency About the Team
