- Lead the monitoring and development of claims and portfolios under your responsibility, processing claims in line with defined workflows, systems, and guidelines while ensuring full adherence to established processes.
- Build and expand your market network — representing Swiss Re in relevant professional bodies and cultivating relationships with clients, attorneys and loss adjusters across the Mediterranean and Middle East regions
- Promote Swiss Re's technical claims expertise and profile in the market, with a particular focus on Key Clients, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable partner.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships in line with the principle of right service for the right clients, contributing to thought-leading internal networks that amplify client impact.
- Monitor and report on legal developments and other relevant changes across the Mediterranean and Middle East markets and your claims portfolio, keeping the business informed and agile.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional market teams (XFT) , supporting underwriters with your insights and helping to shape market strategy and enhance portfolio profitability.
- Support the development and promotion of products and solutions tailored to insurance market needs, contributing to Swiss Re's growth agenda.
