For our Rümlang location, we are looking for you immediately or by appointment as a property consultant for access solutions in the East region (m/f). Whether you come from sales, building technology or architecture: what matters is your joy in identifying projects early, building networks and inspiring customers with holistic access solutions.
Your tasks
- Acquiring new customers and building sustainable customer relationships in your sales area
- Active processing of new construction projects in the commercial property business
- Advice and support for architects, general contractors (GU), specialist planners and other decision-makers and influencers
- Development and placement of access control and locking system solutions in construction projects
- Development of tenders and technical concepts in collaboration with planners and builders
- Accompanying projects from the planning phase to awarding
- Maintaining and expanding a strong network within the construction and planning industry
- Close collaboration with internal and external sales as well as the project teams
Your profile
- Entrepreneurial personality with a high level of initiative and a strong customer orientation. Enthusiasm for construction and building technology as well as for innovative access solutions
- Experience in sales, project acquisition or consulting on construction projects
- ideally knowledge of access control, locking systems, security technology or related trades
- Confident appearance towards architects, specialist planners, general contractors and investors
- Further training in sales, marketing or a technical area (certificate, HF or FH is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
