- Management and organization of the office with about 60 employees as well as promotion and evaluation of 8 direct reports
- Ensuring an optimal age structure of the procedures and ensuring a balanced fall burden through guided allocation to departments
- Exercise of language and appeal competence, monitoring of key cases and supporting case handlers in complex criminal investigations
- Active interface between office and management of the senior public prosecutor's office through cooperation in inter-official projects as well as mediation and implementation of strategic projects in the office
- Several years of successful work in the field of criminal prosecution as well as qualified knowledge in criminal law and criminal procedure law
- Proven leadership experience and enjoyment of both personnel and organizational tasks
